Chingis designs, manufactures and licenses pFusion®, a unified platform of embedded flash solutions designed for design and production compatibility for applications ranging from system-on-a-chip (SOC) applications to RFID to analog trimming. Chingis embedded products are available in 0.35µm, 0.25µm, and 0.18µm processes.

Availability
Chingis embedded flash solutions are currently available through UMC, in 0.35µm and SMIC, HEJIAN in 0.18µm process technologies. 0.13µm and 90nm are currently under development. As our list of qualified foundries is growing, please contact us directly to get a current complete listing.
