The PF128AK32D is a 128KByte Embedded Flash Macro (EFM). The macro uses 1.5V and 3V power supply to perform both read and in-system programming. The macro has a built-in internal charge pump to generate high voltage for write(program) and erase operation.  It does not require the 12.0 Volt VPP power supply typically needed for other technologies.
The main flash block is organized as 64K x16 or 32K x32 bits, divided into 256 uniform pages of 512 bytes each. The information block is organized 512byte, separate to two 256Byte per page. The small page architecture enables users to store both codes and data in the macro without adding another non-volatile memory macro. The page erase feature allows a particular page to be erased without affecting the data in other pages. After the device performs a macro erase or a page erase operation, it can be reprogrammed on an 16-bits or 32-bits basis.
The PF128AK32D is manufactured using the advanced 0.13um pFusion flash technology that is compatible with the 0.13µm logic processes. The technology employs a self-aligned stacked-gate cell design, less than 10 volt internal program/erase voltage, and a disturbance-free array design that can provide better reliability and manufacturability than alternative embedded NVM solutions.
