New 100MHz 8Mbit SPI from pFlash

June 16, 2006: SAN JOSE, Calif., June 16 — pFlash, a leader in nonvolatile memory products and IP, announced its latest flash memory product. The Pm25LV080-100 is the industry’s highest-speed 8Mbit SPI Flash memory, performing fast read operations at 100MHz, enabling desktop and notebook PCs to boot up more quickly.
