August 07, 2007: pFlash offers "Greener" Flash Memory Devices
SAN JOSE, Calif., August 3 — pFlash, a leader in nonvolatile memory products and IP, announces its latest step in offering “green” products. In addition to all products meeting the RoHS requirements removing lead and other heavy metals, pFlash now offers its small-outline packaged (SOP) devices halogen-free. This includes our family of Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) products, from 512Kbits through 8Mbits.

Products that are now offered halogen-free and RoHS-compliant are: Pm25LV512A-100SCE, Pm25LV010A-100SCE, Pm25LV020-100SCE, Pm25LV040-100SCE, Pm25LV040-100BCE and Pm25LV080B-100BCE.
