Industry-Standard Flash Products
Chingis designs, manufactures and markets the Pm39 series of JEDEC standard compatible, low-power/low-voltage Flash products based on pFLASH® - Chingis' proprietary P-Channel flash technology. The Pm39 series products offer fine granularity of 4Kbyte uniform sectors to increase code and data storage efficiency. They are socket- and command-set compatible for easy drop-in replacements for alternative flash memories used for code storage in PCs, PC peripherals, communication, and networking applications.

Availability
Pm39 products are available today as a series of 2.7 Volt and 5.0 Volt-only single-power-supply products offered in 512Kbit to 4Mbit sizes, with 8Mbit and 16Mbit planned for 2003.
