 Chingis' Pm49FL two-in-one Firmware Hub (FWH) and Low Pin Count (LPC) Flash memory product line is the first to combine both firmware hub and low pin count architectures on a single chip. This offers designers and business managers unparalleled flexibility and alleviates inventory risks during industry cycles.

The Pm49FL product line is designed for Intel or non-Intel chipsets in the PC/motherboard industry.

The Pm49FL products contain a unique auto-detection circuitry that automatically distinguishes whether the chosen chipset is a FWH or LPC architecture. As with all Chingis flash memory offerings, this product line also offers:

Availability

Pm49FL002 and Pm49FL004 devices - 2Mbit and 4Mbit, respectively -are available today in PLCC32 and VSOP32 (8mm x 14mm) packages. They are currently in mass production with most major PC/motherboard manufacturers in the world.
