The PM128L08 is 128 bits x 8 e²Logic macro is designed based on Chingis’ patented single poly PMOS 2T, 1CG cell technology. The fabrication process is highly logic process compatible with minimum of 3 layers of metal, 1P3M. The p-channel cell and disturb-free array design provide better reliability and manufacturing than other Single Poly e²Logic solutions. It’s also designed to achieve very low power consumption for operation current sensitive application.
