The PU128K16-X is a 1M bits embedded One Time Programmable macro. The 6.3V programming voltage is supplied from external Vpp pin.   The memory array is erased by UV light illumination. The Macro is designed based on PMC’s 0.18um Single Poly CMOS technology that is compatible with 0.18um CMOS logic process. The smallest Macro die size is achieved by composing of smallest cell size compared in the same process generation. The p-channel cell and disturb-free array design provide better reliability and manufacturing than other Single Poly OTP solutions.
